About Jean Greer

In 1988, Jean Greer began providing the singles community in Austin, Texas with matchmaking services as Soulmates International located in Greer Gallery of Fine Art  on Austin's famous 6th Street.  It was there that she designed and began to develop the matchmaking technology used on this website.  

Currently, Jean manages an active practice counseling, teaching and matchmaking.  She is an inspirational speaker, teacher, entertainer, and media personality.  In past years she has held a variety of career positions as a hospital dietitian, a high school teacher and as an administrator for the USDA in the field of nutrition.  She began her college studies with sociology, psychology, childhood development, and marriage and family relations and earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Lamar University and then pursued graduate studies at Texas Tech University.  Now Jean has come back to the field of personal and family relationships following a twenty year career as an art dealer and the owner of four art galleries in Texas.

Jean specializes in  relationships and matchmaking which she has taught through the University of Texas and on television.  She was the host for several years of her own popular television show about astrology and matchmaking.  She has been interviewed frequently on television and radio and as a featured guest on NBC, KLBJ, KOOL, CBS, KCAL, The Learning Channel and Majic 95.5 radio in Austin and Los Angeles.
